Prosecutors say Brown had a loaded .40-caliber pistol in his waistband. Prosecutors are charging Brown with menacing, a licensed firearm transgression, both misdemeanors, and harassment, a violation. Brown appeared in court during the day on Saturday, and a judge released him without bail. The judge also issued an order of protection requiring Brown to stay away from the McDonald's. A spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service said he was looking into Brown's employment status.
